Dear Friends As you read this, chances are there has been another family devastated by a cycle of homelessness, addiction, or abuse. Of the more than 10,000 people living on the streets in our community, almost one-half of those in need are women, children and families. The Phoenix Rescue Mission has been serving the homeless and the issues surrounding them for more than 57 years, providing hot meals, shelter, addiction recovery programs and much more with successful results. Our Mission has been “...to rescue lives, to save lives, to change lives, to serve lives.” With the Changing Lives Center, the Phoenix Rescue Mission is entering a new phase in our fight against the conditions that are destroying the precious lives of countless women and children in our community. This future state of the art facility and recovery program will be a stronghold in the fight against the despair so many families are facing right now.
